Children's Leadership Team

Our Children’s Leadership Team (CLT) plays a vital role in shaping the school community. The team is made up of dedicated pupils who act as role models, consistently demonstrating excellent behaviour, high standards of uniform, and a positive attitude throughout the school.

The CLT meet fortnightly to discuss suggestions and ideas from children across the school, ensuring that every pupil has a voice in making our school an even better place. During these meetings, the Head Pupils take the lead, guiding discussions and producing meeting minutes, which are then displayed on the Children’s Leadership Team Board for everyone to see.

Our CLT has some exciting initiatives lined up, including:
✅ Movie Nights to bring students together for fun-filled experiences
✅ Purchasing a Buddy Bench to support children who may need a friend to play with
✅ Working towards buying a sunshade (sail) for the field to provide shade on hotter days
✅ An exciting trip to the Houses of Parliament to learn more about democracy and leadership

Being part of the CLT is an amazing opportunity for children to develop leadership skills, teamwork, and confidence, all while making a real difference in our school community. Our young leaders take great pride in their responsibilities and enjoy working together to create a school environment where everyone feels valued and heard.
